This is another song from the Shanghai Noon soundtrack that's pretty fun to play on the piano, even though the jaw harp and harmonica parts at the beginning were a little tricky to transcribe to piano.

I remember being very impressed with Randy Edelman's score when I first saw Shanghai Noon.  "Journey of the Imperial Guard" has some cool chords that are interesting to play on the piano.  

The score of Shanghai Noon blends Chinese and western themes pretty seamlessly.  The track, "From East to West", introduces the western theme with great fanfare, and it is super fun to play on the piano.
